J'ai commencez le squat en août dernier aujourd'hui je suis à 60kgs, mais...oui y à un mais...Personnellement je suis sur de pouvoir squattez à 70kgs mais j'ai des douleurs sur les lombaires que me conseillez vous les gens ?😄(biensur je me suis déjà remis en question sur ma position..etc..et j ai aussi diminuer le poids pour m entrainer sur l'exécution correct tout sa.. mais bon... Fantastic few days at Mortgage 1st HQ inducting two new Mortgage & Protection Advisers into the team. . Monday began with a welcome from the directors (and coffee!☕️) then an introduction to the company history and team structure before heading off for a photoshoot at @studio1photographychesterfield . ...Nach gutem Training 😊... Heute hatten Arkor und ich mal wieder Unterricht, diesmal mit einem Stangenquadrat. Er hat nachher wirklich gut mitgearbeitet und war ganz schön fertig 😴 vorm Unterricht war noch ein wenig mehr aufgebaut an Gymnastik-Springen. Als erstes durfte Athene ran und siebst es super gemacht 🥰 auch Jochen hat Gymnastik gemacht, hatte nur leider so viel Spaß, dass er mehr mit Freudenbucklern als mit übern Rücken gehen beschäftigt war 😂🤔 naja, morgen geht er mal wieder ein bisschen Longe... und Arkor muss auch noch ordentlich ran diese Woche, am Sonntag geht es nämlich nach Friedrichshulde 😍 #pony #pferd #liebe #love #fun #dressur #dressage #springen #jumping #showjumping #turnier #competition #training #work #equestrian #pikeur #spooks #eskadron #samshield #sprenger #veredus #freejump #eventing #dressagehorse #throwback #trab

It will be awhile untill we get back to this⬆️. Just when we were getting back to work poor Luna injured herself. 😞 She became lame a little over a week ago, and today at the clinic we got to know that she has a ligament injury. So now Luna will be getting shock wave therapy and taking it easy for a while. . Tuleekin kestämään hetki kauemmin ennen kuin päästä takasin hommiin ⬆️. 🌟 Vendredi 02 Octobre 2019 🌟 Cheval : 🐴 Malin 🐴 Type : 🐎 Saut 🐎 Description : 🎀 Pour commencer j'ai retrouvé de quel cours datent ces photos du coup 😂😅 donc elles seront en double, tant pis 🤷‍♀️🤞 (et déso pour la mauvaise qualité vidéo mais il y avait le soleil en face 😅). En ce qui concerne le cours, ça s'est quand même beaucoup mieux passé que la première fois que j'avais monté Malin 😅 mais c'était quand même moins d'être parfait. Contrairement à la dernière fois, là je me suis un peu fait embarqué 😅 le dernier tour est plutôt pas mal (1e vidéo) mais dans le tournant après la ligne, c'est a dire après le 3e o obstacle, et pour aller sur le double je me faisais un peu embarquer.
