Fitness adalah jalan hidup saya bukan sekedar lifestyle untuk gaya- gayaan . analogi sederhananya seperti ini menurut saya: saya ibaratkan ngegym ini sama dengan kebutuhan kita akan kebersihan badan kita tiap hari, seperti mandi, klo ngak mandi ya badan gatel, bau dan yang pasti risih dan ngak nyaman . Ngegym sama seperti mandi, sy setiap hari harus Ngegym seperti kita melakukan mandi tiap hari ( cuman 1 x aja cukup 1 hari) Jadi Ngegym ini sudah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan saya tiap hari yang ngak bisa di hilangkan. klo ngak Ngegym sehari aja rasanya kayak ngak mandi dan risih. usahakan jangan lebih dari 3 hari Tidak Ngegym supaya badan tidak gatel, daki tidak tebal dan yang pasti tidak bau yang luar biasa. kurang lebih buatlah asosiasi seperti di atas, supaya mudah untuk kita mendeskripsikan kebutuhan fitness dan mudah juga untuk memotivasi diri kita sendiri untuk berolah raga, khususnya fitness. If the answer is yes, then weighing and measuring your food is key. Have you ever tracked/weighed/measured your food before? If the answer is no, then it is a good idea to weight and measure your food for a while to know what the proper portion sizes are. Do you want to see consistent progress and stop guessing to get results? If the answer is yes, then I don't know why you aren't already weighing and measuring your food. Many people overestimate how much they eat and underestimate their activity level. If you are struggling to see results, it could be because your intake is much higher than you think it is. I love exploring with my babes! Is it summer break yet?! . . Today at work a coworker asked me if I was losing weight and I hugged her so hard! YES I AM!! I don't own a scale because they are the DEVIL! But I can already feel the changes! My clothes are fitting better and my face is even slimming down!
