What does JOYPOY stand for?

‘Joy Poy’ is a beloved nickname of the founder of JOYPOY, Joy, given to her by the wonderful ladies who inspire the styles we carry!

Will you carry plus size clothing in the future?

Yes! JOYPOY just launched as of Fall, 2020 so we have limited starting inventory but, since our styles are inspired by real, beautiful women of all different shapes and sizes, opening our size range to include plus sizes is one of our main goals for the near future.

What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?

Please check the junk or spam folders of your email. If it’s still nowhere to be seen, please email us at: shopjoypoy@gmail.com.

How can I cancel or change/edit my order?

Please note that once orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including cancelations, so please double check your cart before placing your order! Please see our returns and exchanges policy to learn more about your options for returning or exchanging products here.

I've received a faulty item. What do I do?

Oh no! On the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at: shopjoypoy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the faulty item ASAP. What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopjoypoy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work with you and our couriers towards a satisfactory solution! Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.

We accept credit cards and PayPal. 

Where do I type in my promo code?

Once you get to checkout, there will be a promo code field for you to input your special code.

How long does shipping take and where do you ship to?

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Confirmation of this will be sent to your email along with a tracking link.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

It’s important to note that once your order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to the local import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
