Conde D'eu House is designed by @estudiopenha and can be find in São Paulo, Brazil. Photography by @mairaacayaba.
This home was to be designed on a narrow plot which made it extremely challenging. The architect opened the house on one side and adopted interesting landscape features for this particular open space. The house then manages to seamlessly integrate its indoor and outdoor spaces, with ample light flooding its cosy interiors. The couple have young kids, they needed a house that would be safe allow for a lot of play and had a pool. By shifting the pool to one end of the property and allowing open access to all less private areas, the architect has managed to create a building that visually connects you from one end to the other, thanks to the light filtering in from the outdoors. We get a peak of rich timber, exposed brick walls, comfortable furniture, enough to make you fall in love with this home.
