You may not know this, but I’m a recovering Dunkin’ addict. I would go everyday and my go-to iced #coffee contained 260 calories and 36g of sugar. 😱 ⠀
The recommended daily sugar intake is no more than 25g. That one drink was OVER that! And, sometimes I would get more than one a day. 😧⠀
It’s been a month since I’ve had Dunkin’. This is my go-to iced coffee now. I make it at home. It doesn’t taste like Dunkin’ because it doesn’t have the sugar but it’s pretty damn good! The best part? It’s only 25 calories and 0.2g of sugar! ⠀
✨ Yep, you read that right. Not only am I saving my body from all that added sugar, I’m also saving almost $5/day in coffee PLUS the gas I was burning just to go (yes — I would make a special trip just for coffee 🙄). My body and my wallet are thanking me!⠀
