↠ A few weeks back, on a weekend trip exploring my backyard; the French Riviera. — @charlesmessiah and I left Monaco in a Smart car, and road-tripped in it to Aix-en-Provence and back, making sure to stop by near St-Tropez, to see this amazing coastal boardwalk, with the hopes of walking all the way to the edge of the small peninsula pictured here. Unfortunately, this area was under revision and being cleaned-up because of a recent oil spill... I guess that just means I’ll need to make my way back here sometime in the future?✌️😍 — #🇫🇷

If there was any photo that will forever be important to me, it would be this one. I've been doing photography for almost 7 years already and I've never really told the stories behind a lot of my photos: this one happens to have a very good one. A few months ago, I visited California to meet with family and visit some of the coolest places the west coast had to offer. One of those spots was Bixby Bridge, a very iconic photo spot on the pacific coast about 3 hours out of San Francisco. It's been a dream of mine for a while to get a photo there at sunset, so naturally I HAD to go there. Me and my cousins ended up driving out, only to time everything wrong and get stuck in California traffic. By the time we were 45 minutes away, the sun began setting. At that moment, I began to feel a little bit of disappointment and was ready to drive back and attempt another trip, but instead I looked out the car window and right then and there, I stopped thinking about my dream photo and saw the most beautiful sunset I could imagine. So, I pulled over, hopped the railing and just started taking photos. I started to remember what photography was about for me: not getting fixated on the trivial things, but instead not taking the moments you have for granted and just having fun! We spent the last moments of sunlight there taking photos and enjoying the sunset together. Anyways, I ended up taking one of the coolest photos ever.
