Stuff I'm currently growing
🌼 1 - Alyssum! I threw in the towel last year growing this. I sowed them from seed in July 2018. It started to bloom those precious flowers around October-November. When winter came, I thought it wasn't going to make it even when I brought it in the house. The leaves started to dry and brown. I put them back out and thought, "Sod it". But behold, it just grew on it's own. What a surprise.
🌱2 - Tomato seeds - sown Feb 24, it has only now germinated. I didn't have a proper greenhouse so it may explain why it took a while.
🌸3 - Today I thought why not use egg cartons as seed planters. Let's see if that's any good.
🌿4 - Poppy seeds have germinated 5 days after being sown. The seeds were sown Feb 14. There has not been much growth from when it first germinated until today. I can see a few more true leaves coming about. The rest of the lot have succumbed to the "damping off" phenomenon.
