I often have to remind myself to focus on what makes me happy. Celebrating the small victories in life is an excellent starting point. I always get caught up in my own thoughts, and sometimes they derail me. It has taken me a long time to realize that, that is okay. Mindfulness is practice I’m always working on, and it has helped me a lot with my mental health. My best bud @colezingerr ’s outlook on mindfulness has rubbed off on me and I’m very thankful for it. There needs to be more humans with his perspective on life, we would be a lot better off as a race.
