Day 7 of 100 🔛June 16, 2019
93 days to go!
So it's Father's day today and while I remembered it till about yester night, it completely slipped my mind this morning.. but thanks to my impatient daddy dearest who called me to remind me that I hadn't wished him yet!! I also had an ante natal class today and our topic for the day was labour and child birth. Even though I have been through this process earlier, the class was still very beneficial and a good refresher course for me. Since the husbands were also requested to be a part of this session, we made this a family affair so all 3 of us went for class 😂
Now I was super worried about how I would make Miss C sit silently for so long, but she took me by surprise completely.
The class went on for nearly 3 hours and she was super well behaved throughout. I could almost see the other to be mom's hoping for their kid to be like her but they have absolutely no idea what they are wishing for 😂😂😂 We had packed a snack box and her crayons and a colouring book and that kept her busy for a good 30 minutes. Then she napped for about 30 minutes and then she strated moving around meeting (more like fiddling) others and singing songs and stuff... When she started singing, I was only praying she didn't start off with her favourite potty or puppy shame song 🤣 🤣
If you are pregnant, I would highly recommend you to take up an ante natal class that talks about labour. The whole session today was focussed on what one can expect after going full term (i.e post 38 weeks of pregnancy). It mentally prepares you for what's to come and you are not caught off guard when the action starts. It was an amazing session and I am so glad I did it.
Also since today was Father's day, we decided to get a tad bit dressy. Daddy and daughter decided to wear twinning outfits, while Mumma decided to go pink in this beautiful and super comfortable nursing top from @momomsmaternity. Swipe to see our pics ↪️↪️↪️
