Sparkling Sake from Terada Honke.
Next level Terroir, pure organic tradition and
Puchi Puchi Japanese for “Sound of bubbles” or “Bubbly.
This was freakishly good, fresh and highly enjoyable with many layers of #complexity !
#teradahonke poped at #zonglerka in #krakow.
I normally do this the other way around and this is #enjoyable even without food.
But if I were to pair it, I would go for fat fish and herbal notes, maybe herring with a light salad composed of chives, parsley, coriander, sorrel and a sauce based on sour cream and #soy or #ponzu.
